Generic table

If you’re looking for one of the best multi-game tables designed for both kids and adults, then this Generic 4-in-1 combo table is right up your alley. Many combo game tables are marketed for adults or adults and children, but in most cases, their shorter design clearly indicates that the tables are best suited for children. That’s where this table from generic comes in. Larger, built tough and equipped with all the gear you need to play billiards, foosball, table tennis, and slide hockey, this model is a steal for the price.

Our Verdict

This is a taller game table, which makes it a better choice for older children and adults. It features foosball, billiards, slide hockey, and table tennis. This package also includes all of the accessories you need to play each of these games. With a height of fifty-four inches, adults can easily play a game with the kids. Additionally, the solid construction will prevent the table from wobbling or sliding during use. However, the included assembly instructions are very vague, which can make for a long and tedious assembly process. Considering the size and weight of the table, it’s also not portable, so you’ll need to take into consideration whether or not you have the extra room to accommodate this table. Overview and Features

If you’re looking for a table that can handle rough use from the kids, or your buddies, then you’ll love this mini game table. It’s not quite as flashy as a full-sized game table, but it does come loaded with some nice extras and playing surfaces that are easy to swap out, whether you want to play slide hockey, foosball, billiards, or table tennis.

In terms of durability, parents will appreciate this table’s solid design that consists of wood, MDF plastic, and metal. The solid construction helps to keep the table securely in place, so it won’t slide or rock when you’re playing a game of hockey or pool. The taller design of the table makes it perfect for both adults and children, which is a huge bonus for any family that loves their quality time together.

Generic 4-in-1 Combo Entertainment Game Table

Our Rating: (4.5/5)

Generic table

  • Four games in one table
  • All accessories included
  • Perfect for kids and adults
  • Reasonable price
  • Durable build
  • Compact design

This set includes two pool sticks and a set of billiard balls. The base of the table is the green felt pool table, which is thick and smooth and looks exactly like the real deal, despite the smaller playing surface. While the table obviously isn’t the same size as a full-sized billiard table, kids and parents alike will enjoy making difficult shots, and playing a traditional game of pool.

Slide Hockey

If you’re familiar with air hockey rules, then you’re prepared to beat the pants off of any challenger. Many people will get slide hockey and air hockey confused, although the rules for both games are the same. The big difference here is the lack of a blower system. On a traditional air hockey table, the surface of the table is perforated. A large blower system will push air through these holes in order to cause the puck to glide across the surface of the table. This results in faster puck action.

With slide hockey, there is no perforated playing surface and no blower system. Instead, you’ll use your striking power to get the puck into the appointed goal. This set comes with two strikers and two pucks. If you want to upgrade these components, be sure to stop by and read my buyer’s guide on the best air hockey pucks and paddles. Or, if you’re looking for a traditional air hockey table, then check out my reviews of the best air hockey tables and my buyer’s guide which discusses the important features to look for.

Table Tennis

Flip the air hockey playing surface over, attach the included net, and use the ping pong balls and paddles for a fun, intense game of table tennis. Even though you’re adding a tennis table surface to the base table, you’ll find that it’s just as responsive as the surface on a dedicated ping pong table. Offering excellent bounce and playability, this is a great addition to any multi-game table. As I mentioned, this package includes one table tennis net, two paddles, and two balls.

The foosball attachment is rather large and can add around six to seven inches to the height of the table. This attachment includes the traditional foosball players and a total of two foosball soccer balls. The knobs offer smooth sliding action and the attachment itself locks securely into place when attached correctly, so you won’t have to worry about it sliding off the base during an intense match.

QualityGeneric table

In terms of quality, avid air hockey fans may want to upgrade the pucks and strikers, or moms and dads may want to purchase an additional set in the event that some of the pieces become lost. The feel of the included strikers are lightweight, however, they’re a little on the small side, which can make it difficult for players with larger hands to grasp them.

The included billiard balls are the real deal and made out of the same type of material that the standard pool balls are. The cues are very light and much shorter than traditional pool cues. In terms of the felt’s quality, it’s about the same as what you’ll find on any billiard table at your local pool hall.

The ping pong paddles are made out of foam and plastic, instead of wood and rubber, so these could use an upgrade as well unless the table will be solely used by the kids, in which case, the paddles will work just fine.

The biggest challenge most parents ran into was the assembly process. The included instructions are vague at best and fail to walk you through each step of the process. Because there are so many parts and the included instructions aren’t much help, you can expect to spend at least three hours putting this table together.

This table is fifty-four inches tall, which is perfect for parents and older children. It weighs in at ninety-six pounds and doesn’t come equipped with wheels. This means the table can be difficult to move or transport, so it will require a permanent space in the home. If you don’t have much room to work with, then this may not be the model for you.

While it’s nowhere near the same size as a traditional pool table and doesn’t have the average air hockey table dimensions, you will still need to take into account the extra space that’s needed on each side of the table in order to give players enough room to move around when they’re playing table tennis or billiards.

Generic Combo Table Versus Lancaster 3 in 1Combo Arcade Game Table

This multi-game table by Lancaster is six inches shorter than this Generic game table and comes with three game options instead of four, which includes billiards, foosball, and slide hockey. Like this model, the competing table also comes with all of the accessories you need to play each of the games, and also comes equipped with side locks which will keep the table securely in place, preventing it from moving during use. It’s also available at a lower price, but considering the small build and the fact that it only comes with three games, this isn’t very surprising.

Basically, for a slightly higher price tag, you can get a table that comes with four games, a taller build that makes it suitable for older children and adults, and a durable design that tells me this is a table that’s built to last.

Conclusion and Rating

Our Rating: (4.5/5)

Generic tableThe table’s height of fifty-four inches and weight of ninety-six pounds tells me that this Generic table is perfect for both kids and adults. It comes with four popular table-based games including pool, foosball, table tennis, and slide hockey. The package also includes all of the accessories you need to play each of these games.

The table’s size can make it difficult to move from room to room, so it will require a dedicated space in the home, in addition to an extra couple of feet of space on each side of the table that will allow players to move around freely when making shots. The assembly process is the biggest issue, thanks to a poorly written instruction manual. However, if you can make it through the assembly process, you’ll find that this table is well-built, and loaded with some great games that both you and the kids will love. I gave this model a rating of four and a half stars out of five.
